健腰壮骨汤辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jianyao Zhuanggu Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporotic Lumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的探讨健腰壮骨汤辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年11月-2018年12月在我院接受治疗的老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者50例,将其随机分为2组,各25例。对照组给予经皮椎体后凸成形术及常规药物治疗,观察组在上述基础上加用健腰壮骨汤。治疗1个月后,对比2组患者临床疗效、血清瘦素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为96%,高于对照组的72%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组血清瘦素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为4%,低于对照组的28%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健腰壮骨汤辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折发挥着很好效果,能提高患者治疗有效率,降低患者骨质疏松程度,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianyao Zhuanggu decoction in the treatment of senile osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture.Methods 50 elderly patients with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture who were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty and conventional medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jianyao Zhuanggu decoction.After 1 month treatment,the clinical efficacy,serum leptin level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96%,which was higher than 72%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum leptin level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4%,which was lower than that in the control group(28%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianyao Zhuanggu decoction plays a good role in the treatment of osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture in the elderly.It can improve the effective rate and decrease the degree of osteoporosis without increasing the adverse reaction.
