Clinical Observation on Classical Prescription in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Due to Yang Deficiency of Heart and Kidney

目的分析联合应用木防己汤与真武汤治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法从2016年10月-2018年10月接收的众多心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者中选择74例作为本次研究对象,并依照临床用药方案的差异性将其分别分为相对应的2组(单一组与多重组)进行区别治疗,每组各37例。仅对单一组患者行常规西药治疗,对多重组患者则在前者的基础上添加木防己汤与真武汤进行联合性治疗,并由参与本次研究的临床观察小组就2组患者接受不同治疗后的临床疗效以及治疗前后的心脏彩超结果与心衰标志物情况进行研究对比。结果综合分析研究结果可知,实施差异性用药方案后,多重组患者的临床治疗总有效率(97.30%)以及心脏彩超结果与心衰标志物情况均优于单一组患者的临床治疗总有效率(72.97%)以及心脏彩超结果与心衰标志物情况,且两者数据差异均具备统计学性质(P <0.05)。结论在对心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者采取常规西药治疗措施的同时联合应用木防己汤与真武汤,不仅能够显著提高其临床疗效,并且还有利于进一步改善其心脏彩超结果与心衰标志物情况,加快患者的健康恢复速度,值得临床借鉴与推广。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Mufangji decoction and Zhenwu decoction on chronic heart failure patients with yang deficiency of heart and kidney yang.Methods From October 2016 to October 2018,74 patients with chronic heart failure of deficiency of heart and kidney yang were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of clinical medication scheme,they were divided into two groups(single group and multiple recombination)and treated differently,with 37 cases in each group.Only a single group of patients were treated with routine western medicine,while multi-recombinant patients were treated with Mufangji decoction and Zhenwu decoction on the basis of the former.The clinical observation group participating in this study compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after receiving different treatments as well as the cardiac color ultrasound results before and after treatment and the markers of heart failure.Results Comprehensive analysis of the results of the study showed that after the implementation of diversity regimen,more restructuring of the patient's clinical total effective rate(97.30%)and heart colour to exceed the result information is superior to a single group of patients with heart failure markers of clinical total effective rate(72.97%)and heart colour to exceed results with markers of heart failure,and both have difference were observed in the data statistical properties(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Mufangji decoction and Zhenwu decoction can not only significantly improve the clinical efficacy of chronic heart failure patients with yang deficiency of heart and kidney,but also help to further improve the results of color Doppler echocardiography and the status of heart failure markers,and accelerate the recovery of patients'health.It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
