中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例

Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy for 30 Cases

目的探讨传统西医基础治疗方案加用中药芪参汤(自拟方)治疗糖尿病周围神经病的治疗价值。方法选取糖尿病周围神经病变住院患者共计60例,随机分为2组(中西医结合治疗组30例,对照组30例),中西医结合治疗组采用基础治疗+专科治疗方案加用中药芪参汤(自拟方)治疗;对照组则采用基础治疗+专科治疗方案,出院后,分析2组患者住院天数、治疗前后Toronto评分、中医症状积分的变化、总有效率等评价指标。所得数据采用t检验及卡方检验等方法进行统计分析。结果中西医结合治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic value of traditional western medicine basic treatment and Qishen decoction(selfmade prescription)in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 60 inpatients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups(30 cases in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group and 30 cases in the control group).The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was treated with basic treatment,specialized treatment and Qishen decoction(self-made prescription).The control group was treated with basic treatment and specialized treatment.After discharge,the hospitalization days and treatment time of the two groups were analyzed.Post-Toronto score,changes in TCM symptom score,total effective rate and other evaluation indicators were analyzed by t-test and chi-square test.Results The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
