Nursing Progress of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Patients with Colorectal Cancer after Operation

结直肠癌是我国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。目前治疗结直肠癌最有效的方法仍然是手术治疗。但由于手术应激、麻醉刺激、术中创伤、炎症刺激、消化道重建、精神因素、长期卧床等等诸多因素,患者术后极易发生胃肠功能紊乱,出现腹痛、腹胀、厌食、恶心、呕吐、便秘等症状,严重影响患者的术后康复。本文主要对结直肠癌术后胃肠功能障碍的护理方法进行综述。

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of digestive tract in China.At present,the most effective treatment for colorectal cancer is still surgical treatment.However,due to surgical anesthesia,intraoperative trauma,inflammatory stimulation,digestive tract reconstruction,mental factors,long-term bed rest and many other factors,patients are prone to gastrointestinal dysfunction,abdominal pain,abdominal distention,anorexia,nausea,vomiting,constipation and other symptoms,seriously affecting the patient's post-operative rehabilitation and quality of life.Failure to restore gastrointestinal function can lead to complications such as intestinal adhesion,intestinal obstruction,intestinal paralysis,increase patients'pain,prolong hospitalization time and increase patients'financial burden.This article mainly summarizes the treatment and nursing of gastrointestinal dysfunction after colorectal cancer surgery with traditional Chinese and Western medicine as follows.
