生活垃圾分类存在的问题与对策——以青岛市调查为例

Problems and countermeasures in the classification of domestic refuse:A case study of Qingdao

近年来,先后颁布的多项政策正式表明我国进入垃圾强制分类的时代,而青岛市也于2020年1月6日正式开展垃圾强制分类工作.针对强制分类背景下青岛地区垃圾分类的现状,通过实地走访调研8个分类试点、发放问卷600份(其中有效问卷543份,有效回收率为90.5%)、采访市民30余人、试点街道管理人员5人(其中管理部门2人),探究了青岛市垃圾分类推进的障碍,提出了有针对性的对策与建议.

In recent years,a number of policies promulgated successively indicate that China has entered the era of mandatory refuse classification,and Qingdao also officially launched the practice of mandatory refuse classification on January 6,2020.This paper focuses on the current situation of refuse classification in Qingdao under the background of mandatory classification.Through field visits to 8 classified pilot sites,600 questionnaires(including 543 valid questionnaires,effective recovery rate of 90.5%),interviews with more than 30 citizens,and 5 of the management personnel in the pilot street(including 2 in the management sectors),this paper explores the obstacles to the promotion of refuse classification in Qingdao,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
