摘要
学前自闭症儿童融合教育的有效开展,需要社会各界的共同努力,影子教师在其中扮演着重要角色。影子教师是自闭症幼儿融合教育的重要支持来源,对自闭症儿童及其家长、幼儿教师、幼儿园管理者都将产生积极的影响作用。影子教师的工作可有效提高自闭症儿童融合教育的质量,降低自闭症儿童的问题行为,增强其正向行为,有助于他们未来顺利地过渡到学校系统。不过,影子教师在助力融合教育的过程中也面临着缺乏专业培训和支持、职责和工作定位不明确、工作受情境限制以及社会偏见等挑战。
The effective development of early childhood inclusive education for child with autism requires the joint efforts of all sectors of society,and shadow teachers play an important role in it.Shadow teachers are an important source to support inclusive education for children with autism,and have a positive impact on autistic children and their parents,preschool teachers,and administrators.The work of shadow teachers can effectively improve the quality of inclusive education for children with autism,reduce their problem behaviors and enhance their positive behaviors,which will help them transition to the school system in the future.However,shadow teachers are also faced with challenges such as lack of professional training and support,unclear responsibilities and job positioning,limited work situation,and social prejudice in the process of helping inclusive education.
