游泳疗法在脑瘫儿童康复教育中的运用

摘要 游泳疗法是一种特别的带有艺术性和运动性的干预疗法,通过对游泳疗法进行探究、梳理、综述等,全面阐述了游泳疗法自身的特点和实际应用以及其面临的困境、挑战。文章结合实践情况与理论的探索提出,在脑瘫儿童游泳康复教育中应科学设计康复内容、健全人才培养体系、家校一体——形成教育合力等建议,以期能发挥游泳疗法在提升脑瘫儿童肢体肌肉控制力、身体协调能力、社会交往能力等方面的正向促进作用。 Swimming therapy is a kind of special artistic and athletic intervention therapy.Through the exploration,combing and review of swimming therapy,the characteristics and practical application of swimming therapy as well as the difficulties and challenges it faces are comprehensively expounded.Combining with practice and theoretical exploration,swim in children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation education should design rehabilitation science content,improve the personnel training system integration,parent-school education force and so on,in order to play swimming therapy in children with cerebral palsy ascension limb muscle control,body coordination,positive role in promoting social intercourse ability,etc.
