高职院校学生就业能力探讨

Discussion on employment ability of students in higher vocational colleges

文中分析了我国高职院校学生就业能力较低的现状及原因,并结合本地实际,提出了提高学生就业能力的一些对策。期望对高职院校的教与学有一定的促进作用。

This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the low employment ability of students in higher vocational colleges in China,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the employment ability of students in combination with the local reality.The expectation has certain promotion function to the Higher Vocational College's teaching and learning.
