基于光纤传感的智能信息信号光谱采集系统 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决传统光谱采集系统存在的采集速度慢,采集结果信噪比和采集精度低的问题,设计了基于光纤传感的智能信息信号光谱采集系统。通过光纤电路将光纤传感器、光信号发射与接收装置、A/D转换设备以及存储器连接在一起,实现电路元件之间的有机集成,能为光谱采集软件设计提供硬件支持。软件设计中利用程序驱动模拟信号采样,获得初始采集信号。利用MAX120芯片实现初始光谱信号的A/D转换,同时通过数据变换过滤与信号光谱分辨率提高两个步骤实现智能信息信号的预处理过程。最后将采集处理完成的信号光谱以图像的方式存储或输出。测试结果表明:相对于传统光谱采集系统,系统的光谱采集时间更短,平均仅为3.244 s,信噪比和采集精度更高。 In order to solve the problems of slow acquisition speed,low signal-to-noise ratio and low acquisition accuracy of traditional spectrum acquisition system,an intelligent information signal spectrum acquisition system based on optical fiber sensing is designed.Optical fiber sensor,optical signal transmitting and receiving device,A/D conversion device and memory are connected by optical fiber circuit to realize organic integration between circuit components,which can provide hardware support for the design of spectrum acquisition software.In software design,program-driven analog signal sampling is used to obtain the initial acquisition signal.MAX120 chip is used to realize A/D conversion of initial spectral signal.At the same time,the pretreatment process of the intelligent information signal is realized by two steps:data transformation filtering and improving the spectral resolution of the signal.Finally,the spectrum of the signal collected and processed is stored or output in the form of image.The test results show that compared with traditional spectral acquisition system,the acquisition time of this system is shorter,averaging only 3.244 s,and the signal-to-noise ratio and acquisition accuracy are higher.
