摘要
在红皮云杉 (Piceakoraiensis)分布区内 ,选取了有代表性的 12个群体 (含 170个单株种子的 10 4 2粒胚乳和 30 0粒混合群体的胚乳 )进行遗传分化分析。结果表明 ,11个酶系统 2 1个位点中约有 2 7.2 %的基因位点是多态的 ,群体间的变异量只占总变异量的 15 .2 % ,84 .8%的变异存在于群体内。红皮云杉群体等位酶多态位点的比率在云杉属中处于较低的水平 ,群体间的分化与云杉其它树种相比处于较高的水平。红皮云杉遗传改良工作在充分利用群体间 (种源 )变异的情况下 ,应加大红皮云杉群体内及个体选择的力度 。
populations (1 042 seeds of endosperm with single population and 300 seeds of endosperm with mixed populations from 170 trees of 12 populations) of Picea koraiensis were collected typically within its distribution from Changbai Mountains, its branches Zhangguangcai Mountains, Laoye Mount and Wada Mountains, to Xiaoxing'an Mountains and Daxing'an Mountains, with interspersed areas of internal Mogul grassland and Sikshote Mountains. Among 21 gene loci in 11 enzymes testing, the result shows that poly-morphic loci makes up about 27.2 percent of total, the variation within populations is 15.2 percent and among populations is 84.2 percent. In contrast with other species in Picea spp., the ratio of major allozyme loci within pupulation of Picea koraiensis belongs to lower level, while that among populations reaches to higher level. In the course of utilizing the genetic variation among populations or provenances, the selection within pupulation must be strengthened in order to improve the production.
