Generalized Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis Method Based on Game Theory

数据包络分析方法是一种评价具有相同性质的决策单元相对效率的有效方法。数据包络分析方法与博弈理论的结合有效地拓展了数据包络分析方法的应用领域,广义数据包络分析方法的引进也更加丰富了传统数据包络分析方法的理论体系。然而,这些方法在处理诸如决策单元的最优合作伙伴或最强竞争对手的选择问题时,难以对合作伙伴、竞争对手进行详细分类。本文提出了基于博弈理论的广义模糊数据包络分析方法,并提供了合作导向或竞争导向下的广义模糊数据包络分析模型及其相关概念。最终将这一方法应用到了内蒙古自治区三甲医院的合作与竞争决策问题中。

Data envelopment analysis method is an effective method to evaluate the relative efficiency of decision-making units with the same properties.The combination of data envelopment analysis method and game theory effectively expands the application field of data envelopment analysis method.The introduction of generalized data envelopment analysis method also enriches the theoretical system of traditional data envelopment analysis methods.However,it is difficult to classify partners and competitors in detail when these methods are applied to determine the best partner or strongest competitor of a decision-making unit.A generalized fuzzy data envelopment analysis method based on game theory is proposed,and a generalized fuzzy data envelopment analysis model and its related properties under cooperation-oriented or competition-oriented are given.This method is applied to analyze the cooperation and competition strategies of grade 3 A hospitals in Inner Mongolia.
