汽车内饰纬编针织面料缝纫断纱问题及改进

摘要 在汽车座椅面套的缝制过程中,针织纬编面料因组织结构经常出现缝纫断纱现象,在面套表面形成扎毛、破洞等外观疵点,严重影响产品质量。文章从缝纫机针、纬编针织面料生产工艺、缝制加工环境等方面分析缝纫断纱的主要原因,并详细阐述改进措施,包括选择合适的缝纫机针针尖形状及针号、提高针织面料的柔软顺滑性、控制缝制车间环境温湿度等,以降低纱线之间以及缝纫机针与纱线之间的摩擦阻力,从而有效降低缝纫断纱率。 In the sewing process of the car seat cover,the phenomenon of yarn breakage often occurs in the weft knitted fabric due to different patterns resulting in the appearance defects such as burring and holes formed on the surface of trim cover,which seriously affects the product quality.This paper analyzes the main reasons for sewing yarn breaking from the aspects of sewing machine needle,the production technology of weft knitted fabric,sewing processing environment,etc.,and expounds the improvement measures in detail,including selecting the appropriate needle tip shape and needle number of sewing machine,improving the softness and smoothness of weft knitted fabric,controlling the temperature and humidity of sewing workshop,etc.,in order to reduce the friction resistance between yarn,and also the friction resistance between needle and yarn,so as to effectively reduce the yarn breakage rate.
