腈纶与备长炭黏胶轻薄织物敏感色防色疵研究

摘要 腈纶与备长炭黏胶纤维混纺轻薄针织物中两种纤维的性能差别大,特别是备长炭黏胶纤维染整加工难度大,尤其是敏感色,很容易产生染花现象。文中通过研究预定形温度、腈纶染色升温方法、腈纶匀染剂用量、黏胶用元明粉用量及纯碱用量等工序,选择最佳工艺参数,解决面料敏感色染花现象,以提升面料染整加工质量和效率。经生产实践验证,腈纶与备长炭纤维混纺轻薄针织物敏感色防色疵工艺是可行的。 The properties of acrylic fiber and Binchoutan viscose fiber in the acrylic and Binchoutan viscose blended lightweight knitted fabric are different.Especially the dyeing and finishing of Binchoutan viscose fiber for sensitive colors is very difficult,and it is easy to produce uneven colors.In this article,we chose the best process parameters,including the presetting temperature,the heating method of acrylic dyeing,the amount of acrylic levelling agent,sodium sulfate and alkali,in order to solve the phenomenon of sensitive dyeing defects and improve the quality and effectiveness in dyeing and finishing.After verification of production practice,this process of anti-color defects to sensitive color for acrylic and Binchoutan viscose blended lightweight knitted fabric was feasible.
