数码印花染料墨水的研究进展

Research Progress in Inkjet Printing Dye Inks

以近年来国内外对数码印花染料墨水的研究为基础,介绍了数码印花墨水的分类、商品化墨水中的代表性品种、墨水中添加剂的作用,以及对墨水各种理化性质的要求。概述了活性染料墨水、酸性染料墨水、分散染料墨水的主要组成成分、适用的织物、现在存在的问题,以及近些年针对每种墨水所展开的研究情况,以期为数码印花墨水的发展提供参考。

Based on the recent researches on inkjet printing dye inks at home and abroad,the classification of inkjet printing inks,representative varieties in commercial inks,the role of additives in inks,and requirements for various properties of inks were introduced.The research on reactive inks,acid inks and dispersion inks were summarized.This paper generally described the main components,the available fabrics,the present problems,and the conducted research on each ink in recent years.The results provide a reference for the development of digital printing inks.
