摘要
针对发动机中电磁阀阀瓣一端低压密封性较差的问题,提出在同一阀瓣密封面上压制2种非金属材料的设计方案,其中对3种常用非金属密封材料性能进行了对比分析,介绍了采取不同非金属组合试件的工艺方案、操作方法和生产过程,给出了阀瓣YS-20T/Fs-46非金属组合密封面的热压成形工艺、试验数据及其使用效果。
A new valve-design method that integrating two different kinds of non-metal materials on one poppet in order to enhance its sealing performance is presented in this paper.Three kinds of different non-metal materials are compared and analyzed in the sealing performance.The sample’s production and test process of different sealing materials and technical schemes are described in detail.Based on the comparison result of two different schemes,the configuration scheme that using YS-20T/Fs-46 as non-metal sealing materials is the final selection.
