摘要
分析了某放射性废液处理系统所使用的穿墙气动球阀开关位置不到位的故障原因,主要原因是各连接处机械间隙过大,十字轴万向联轴器两轴间存在转角差。通过减少连接处机械间隙、采用等速球笼式万向联轴器替代十字轴万向联轴器有效减小了气动执行机构与球阀本体之间的转角差。并通过调整阀门关闭角度,最终实现了阀门开关到位。
This paper analyzes the reasons of problem that the pneumatic through-the-wall ball valve switch position used in some radioactive waste liquid processing system does not reach the designated position.the main reason is that the joint mechanical clearance is too large,the cross shaft universal coupling angle difference exists between the two axis.The angular difference between pneumatic actuator and the ball valve body is effectively reduced by reducing the mechanical clearance at the joint and replacing the cross shaft universal coupler with the constant speed ball cage universal coupler.By adjusting the valve closing angle,the valve switch is finally in place successfully.
