某型发动机自由涡轮导向器卡滞分析及改进

摘要 针对某发动机自由涡轮导向器卡滞故障,进行了零件检查、冶金分析、制造符合性检查以及设计复查,建立了相应故障的排查方法,同时对可能影响故障的不利因素如零件的配合关系等进行了详细的计算分析,最终得出故障原因。通过分析该故障原因对关键零件的结构尺寸进行优化设计,并进行了设计尺寸校核,对改进前、后的零件模型进行了对比计算分析,解决了自由涡轮导向器卡滞故障,为其余类似发动机故障排故积累有效经验,对可调导叶设计提供了一定的参考意义。 In view of the stuck fault of the free turbine guide of an engine,the parts inspection,metallurgical analysis,manufacturing conformity inspection and design review are carried out,and the corresponding troubleshooting methods are established.At the same time,the adverse factors that may affect the fault,such as the fitting relationship of the parts,are calculated and analyzed in detail,and the fault causes are finally obtained.By analyzing the cause of the failure,the structural dimension of the key parts is optimized,and the design dimension is checked,and the parts models before and after the improvement are compared and calculated,which solves the stuck fault of the free turbine guide,accumulates effective experience for other similar engine faults,and provides a certain reference for the design of the adjustable guide vane.
