摘要
锅炉的水位控制,不仅关系到生产运行,还影响设备的安全性能,结合PLC控制器,在保留原锅炉厂家阀门给水控制的前提下,将给水泵变频调速引入到汽包三冲量控制当中,改进后,解决了锅炉水位波动大、易停炉、能耗高、部件磨损快的问题,继而解决了运行和维修人员的劳动量,确保了锅炉系统安全稳定经济运行。
The water level control of the boiler is not only related to the production operation,but also affects the safety performance of the equipment.In combination with the PLC controller,the frequency control of the feed water pump is introduced into the three-impact control of the drum while maintaining the original boiler manufacturer's valve water supply control.After the improvement,the problems of large boiler water level fluctuation,easy shutdown,high energy consumption,and fast component wear were solved,and then the workload of operation and maintenance personnel was solved to ensure the safe,stable and economic operation of the boiler system.
