摘要 针对目前在自动上料装置中,输送线上治具的待加工工件被取走后,需要把无工件的治具传输回初始位置的问题,提出了一种自动上料装置,其动力主要由气缸提供,实现输送线上治具的循环输送,其具有输送平稳、可靠性高、灵活性强和可调性高等特点。 In this paper,aiming at the problem that the fixture on the conveyor belt needs to be transported back to its original position after the fixture on the conveyor belt is removed in the current automatic conveying device,an automatic conveying device is proposed,whose power is mainly provided by the air cylinder to realize the cyclic conveying of the fixture on the conveyor belt,which has the advantages of stable conveying,high reliability,strong flexibility and high adjustability.
