文章对常泰地区众多具有代表性的中小化工企业进行了走访调研,研究表明中小化工企业的安全现状一直是在发展变化的,除了生产工艺技术需要升级外,从业人员素质的整体提升是时下中小化工企业急需解决的问题。

This paper has visited and investigated many representative small and medium-sized chemical enterprises in Changtai area,and the research shows that the safety status quo of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises has been developing and changing.In addition to the upgrading of production technology,the overall improvement of the quality of employees is an urgent problem for small and medium-sized chemical enterprises.
