廊坊市“医养结合”养老模式的发展现状及对策分析

"医养结合"作为破解老年医疗需求和养老需求的重大措施,是国务院重点扶持的养老模式之一。目前,政策支持、老龄化社会的需求潜力、养老方式的多元化都使"医养结合"的养老模式具有发展前景,但也存在政策法规还不完善、专业人员缺乏、宣传推广力度不够等问题和挑战。要克服这些不足,我们还需要进一步完善"医养结合"相关政策法规,建立政府、社会、医院三者联动机制,同时加强专业队伍建设,充分利用互联网、大数据等新兴技术促进"医养结合"的发展。

As an important measure to meet the medical and health care needs of the elderly,the combination of medical and health care is one of the key old-age care models supported by the State Council.At present,policy support,the demand potential of an ag⁃ing society,and the diversification of old-age care methods have made the combination of medical and health care a promising fu⁃ture,but there are also problems and challenges such as incomplete policies and regulations,lack of professionals,and insufficient publicity.To overcome these deficiencies,we need to further improve the policies and regulations related to the integration of medi⁃cal and health care,establish a linkage mechanism between the government,society,and hospitals,and at the same time strengthen the construction of professional teams,and make full use of emerging technologies such as the Internet and big data to promote the development of integrated medical and health care.
