配方中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿腹泻的护理效果

Effect on nursing care of treating infantile diarrhea with Chinese medicine acupoint paste therapy

目的探讨配方中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿腹泻的护理效果。方法选择我院儿科住院的小儿腹泻患儿172例,按入院先后随机分为观察组和对照组各86例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用配方中药制成膏状贴敷于神阙、左右天枢、左右足三里穴位,观察比较两组的显效时间、腹泻减少时间、退热时间、饮食恢复时间、住院时间及患儿家属对护理工作的满意度情况。结果观察组患儿各症状消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,患儿家属对护理工作满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P﹤0.05)。结论配方中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿腹泻的效果显著,且操作简单,安全性高,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of Chinese medicine acupoint paste therapy on infantile diarrhea.Methods 172 pediatric diarrhea children hospitalized in the department of pediatrics in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 86 cases.The control group took observation of the condition,diet nursing,skin care,symptomatic nursing,routine western medicine antiviral,antidiarrheal,correct water electrolyte balance and other general routine nursing.Observation group on the basis of nursing in the control group using the formula of traditional Chinese medicine made a paste pasted in Shenque,around the day shu,right and left Tainqu,Zhusanli and other points.Observation and comparison of the two groups of children's curative effect time,diarrhea reduction time,antipyretic time,diet recovery time,hospital stay and the satisfaction of the children's parents with the nursing work.Results In the observation group,the curative effect time,diarrhea reduction time,antipyretic time,diet recovery time,hospitalization time and parents'satisfaction with nursing work were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children's diarrhea,the application of Chinese medicine at the acupoint can achieve the effect of dispersing cold and dehumidifying,strengthening the spleen and stopping diarrhea,the operation is simple,the curative effect is quick,and the cost is low.
