维持性血液透析患者三维积极心理品质与症状负担的相关性研究

Correlation between Three dimensional Positive Psychological Quality and Symptom Burden in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨维持性血液透析患者三维积极心理品质与症状负担的相关性。方法通过便利抽样选取2019年11~12月在广西某地区3所血液透析中心进行维持性血液透析患者184例为研究对象,调查三维积极心理品质和症状负担并进行相关性分析。结果184例患者的三维积极心理品质总分得分及三个维度得分分别为(50.79±7.940)、(16.56±3.538)、(18.59±2.522)、(15.44±3.206)分,透析症状负担总分及生理、心理症状得分为别为(48.82±37.931)、(39.70±31.517)、(9.11±8.982)分。经t检验、单因素ANOVA分析显示,文化程度(β=0.249,P=0.001)、性别(β=0.239,P=0.002)、年龄(β=0.152,P=0.026)是三维积极心理品质的影响因素;Spearman相关分析显示,患者三维积极心理品质与透析症状负担呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者的三维积极心理品质与透析症状负担呈负相关。

Objective To explore the association between positive psychological quality and symptom burden among patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 184 patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University,and the No.923 Hospital of Chinese PLA during Ooc 2019 to Dec 2019.To investigate the three-dimensional positive psychological quality and symptom burden and make correlation analysis.Results The total score of three-dimensional positive psychological quality and three-dimensional scores of 184 patients were(50.79±7.94),(16.56±3.54),(18.59±2.52),(15.44±3.21)respectively.The total score of dialysis symptom burden and the scores of physiological and psychological symptoms were(48.82±37.93),(39.70±31.52),(9.11±8.98)respectively.Through t-test and single factor ANOVA analysis,it is shown that education level(β=0.249,P=0.001),gender(β=0.239,P=0.002),age(β=0.152,P=0.026)are the influencing factors of three-dimensional positive psychological quality.Spearman correlation analysis shows that positive psychological quality is negatively correlated with dialysis symptom burden,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients is negatively correlated with dialysis symptom burden.
