循证护理干预在老年骨质疏松患者临床治疗中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing intervention in clinical treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis and its influence on patient satisfaction and quality of life

目的探讨循证护理干预在老年骨质疏松患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月~2019年6月在我院治疗的老年骨质疏松症患者79例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为实验组40例和对照组39例,对照组给予常规护理管理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施循证护理干预,观察两组患者护理前后腰椎正位和髋部骨密度水平,比较两组生活质量评分及护理满意度情况。结果护理前,两组患者的腰椎正位和髋部骨密度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后6个月,两组患者的腰椎正位、髋部骨密度水平均较护理前明显增加,且实验组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理结束后,两组患者的生活质量评分及护理总满意度比较,实验组均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预应用于老年骨质疏松的效果显著,对提升患者护理满意度及生活质量具有积极意义,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis and its impact on patient satisfaction and quality of life.Methods 79 elderly patients with osteoporosis who visited our hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group(40 cases)and control group(39 cases)by random number table method.During the hospitalization,the control group was given routine nursing management.The experimental group implemented evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction score after the end of nursing were compared.Results Before the nursing,there was no significant difference in the lumbar vertebrae and hip bone mineral density between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months and 12 months of care,the lumbar vertebrae and hip bone mineral density levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the nursing.The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the total satisfaction rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention has a significant effect in elderly patients with osteoporosis,and has a positive significance in improving patients'nursing satisfaction and quality of life,which is worthy of popularization and application.
