本文综述了传统水凝胶存在的不足及可注射水凝胶的优点。可注射水凝胶具有较高的载药率和微创治疗作用,避免手术创伤,且具有响应性等优点,可注射水凝胶支架材料,可注射水凝胶在药物递送、骨再生、伤口修复等方面的应用,并对可注射水凝胶的未来发展前景进行展望。

The comparison between injectable hydrogels and traditional hydrogels,the shortcomings of traditional hydrogels and the advantages of injectable hydrogels are discussed.The injectable hydrogel has the advantages of high drug loading rate,minimally invasive treatment,avoiding operative trauma,and responsiveness.It can be injected into hydrogel scaffold materials,and can be injected into hydrogels for drug delivery,bone regeneration and wound repair.Finally,the future of injectable hydrogel is prospected.
