摘要
肿瘤放射治疗学是一门多学科、多专业且临床专业性非常强的医学学科。该学科基础理论较为抽象、学科发展较快而又存在学时不足、学生基础知识较为薄弱等一系列问题。因此,教师在临床教学过程中急需重视教学方法改进,以提高教学质量和效率。目前,国内大部分医学院校采用以教师为主体、系统授课的传统教学法(lecture based learning,LBL),该方法主要缺陷是教学上缺乏学生积极性及参与性,学生主观能动性低。而从国外学习的PBL教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)是以学生为主体,从而更好地调动学生的主动性、激发学生临床科研潜力。但由于目前国内缺乏PBL教材与相应评定体系,PBL教学法完全代替LBL教学法在国内实践并不能达到理想的效果。针对当下国情,结合PBL教学法的优势,克服传统教学法的不足,探索将PBL与LBL相结合的双轨教学模式引入临床肿瘤放射治疗学的实践教学中,以提高学生的主动性,培养积极临床思维能力。
,the subject develops rapidly and there are many problems such as insufficient class hours and weak students'basic knowledge.Therefore,it is urgent for teachers to pay attention to teaching methods in the process of teaching in order to improve the efficiency and quality of subject teaching.Currently,most colleges and universities in China adopt the traditional teaching method of lecture based learning(LBL),which takes teachers as the main body and gives systematic lectures.The main defects of this method are the lack of subjective initiative and low enthusiasm of students.The problem-based learning method(PBL)learned from abroad is student-centered,so as to better mobilize students'initiative and stimulate their potential for clinical research.However,due to the lack of PBL teaching materials and corresponding evaluation system in China,PBL teaching method cannot completely replace LBL teaching method in practice in China.In view of the current national conditions,combining the advantages of PBL teaching method and overcoming the shortcomings of traditional teaching method,this paper explores the introduction of PBL and LBL dual-track teaching mode into the clinical teaching of tumor radiotherapy,so as to stimulate the initiative of students and cultivate their clinical thinking ability.
