摘要 双向DC/DC变换器作为燃料电池汽车的关键部件之一,在动力部分的能量转换中扮演着重要角色,对于整车的能量分配和管理有重要的作用.基于燃料电池汽车对双向DC/DC变换器的要求,设计电流/电压可调双向Buck/Boost变换器拓扑电路,分析其工作原理,对电路的元器件进行了参数计算和选型,并设计了其控制电路及制作了1 600 W的样机.实验结果表明:该变换器具有输出电压/电流可调节、控制精度高、响应速度快、效率高等特点. Bi-directional DC/DC converter for fuel cell vehicles,one of the key components in plays an important role in the dynamic part of the energy conversion,the energy distribution and management of vehicle has an important role.This article is based on fuel cell vehicles to the requirement of the bidirectional DC/DC converter,designed a current/voltage adjustable two-way Buck/Boost converter topology circuit,analyses its working principle,the components of the circuit parameter calculation and selection,and its control circuit is designed.A 1.6 kW prototype was produced,and the experimental results show that the converter has the characteristics of adjustable output voltage/current,high control precision,fast response speed and high efficiency.
