摘要
为考察主流烟气氨释放量受不同细支卷烟材料参数[卷烟纸透气度(X1)、接装纸透气度(X2)、成型纸透气度(X3)、滤嘴丝束规格(X4)]的影响规律,运用均匀设计法制备不同试验样品,用二次多项式逐步回归法建立模型,通过分析单因素效应和边际效应,并进行参数优化和试验验证,明确了细支卷烟4种材料参数对主流烟气氨释放量的影响。结果表明,4种材料对氨释放量影响排序为:X2>X3>X4>X1。主流烟气氨释放量较低的材料参数组合为:卷烟纸透气度为70 CU,接装纸透气度为800 CU,成型纸透气度为6000 CU,滤嘴丝束规格为5303.3 I。
A mathematical model and model analysis were applied to investigate the influence of slim cigarette material factors,in⁃cluding cigarette paper permeability(X1),tipping paper permeability(X2),plug wrapper permeability(X3)and specification of tow at tobacco end(X4),on ammonia yield in cigarette mainstream smoke.The single factor effect and marginal effect were analyzed.The re⁃sults showed that:①the order of the effect of 4 factors on the ammonia yield was:X2>X3>X4>X1;②the optimized material combina⁃tion for low ammonia delivery were:X1=70 CU,X2=800 CU,X3=6000 CU,X4=5303.3 I.
