摘要 利用船上安装的数据采集装置对营运数据进行监测,基于监测数据计算能耗指标。根据分析评估结果,为船舶能效管理提供航速、纵倾、最佳清除污底时间等指导建议。同时通过建立航区航线的海况数据库,可以计算综合海况下的功率和油耗,为优化固定航线船舶在实际海况下的水动力性能提供参考。从某8万吨级散货船型线优化的4种方案对比可知,型线4与原型线相比,载货工况下的有效功率降低7.16%,燃油减少7.29%。 Using the data acquisition device installed on the ship to monitor the operation data,and calculate the energy consumption index based on the monitoring data.According to the analysis and evaluation results,the paper provides guidance and suggestions for ship energy efficiency management,such as speed,trim,and the best time to clean up the sewage bottom.At the same time,the power and fuel consumption can be calculated by establishing the sea state database of the route in the navigation area,which provides a reference for optimizing the hydrodynamic performance of the fixed route ship in the actual sea state.It can be seen from the comparison the prototype line with four optimization schemes for a 80000 DWT bulk carrier,the effective power of the model line 4 is reduced by 7.16%and the fuel oil is reduced by 7.29%under the loading condition.
