电子支气管镜检查一次性眼罩的应用

Application of disposable eye mask in electronic bronchoscopy

目的:观察电子支气管镜检查一次性眼罩在支气管镜检查患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2018年1月至12月赣州某三甲医院电子支气管镜检查患者100例,随机分为对照组和干预组各50例。对照组使用常规护理方法,干预组在对照组的基础上使用电子支气管镜检查一次性眼罩进行护理。比较两组支气管镜检查前后血压、心率的变化。结果:检查后,干预组血压及心率的升高程度低于对照组,两组患者在检查后收缩压、舒张压及心率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电子支气管镜检查一次性眼罩的使用能够有效减低患者焦虑的情况,促进患者在检查中的配合。

Objective:To observe the nursing effect of disposable eye mask in patients undergoing electronic bronchoscopy.Methods:100 patients were selected for electronic bronchoscopy in an upper first-class hospital in Ganzhou from January 2018 to December 2018,they were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,50 cases each.The control group used conventional nursing methods,and the intervention group used electronic bronchoscopy to check disposable eye masks for nursing on the basis of the control group.Results:After the examination,the blood pressure and heart rate of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group.The difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Electronic bronchoscopy examination of disposable eye masks has many advantages.Its use can effectively reduce the patient's anxiety and promote the cooperation of patients in the examination.It is a nursing method worth promoting.
