摘要
采用文献研究法、数据统计法、定性分析法和逻辑分析法,对新冠肺炎疫情背景下大型体育赛事风险防范和应急管理的新实践、新情况进行探讨,梳理制约体育赛事风险应急管理发展的相关问题并提出风险防范和应对策略。研究表明,为保障赛事顺利进行和维护赛事利益相关者权益,应通过建构体育赛事突发公共卫生事件应急体系,补齐风险评估短板,提升赛事组织者风险应急管理意识,并不断完善体育赛事法律保障制度和探索赛事利益相关者避险机制等措施提高我国体育赛事风险防范和应急管理水平。
Through literature research,data statistics,qualitative analysis and logical analysis,this paper discusses the new practices and new situations of risk prevention and emergency management for large-scale sports events in the context of covid-19 epidemic,analyzes the relevant problems restricting the development of risk emergency management for sports events,and proposes risk prevention and response strategies.Research suggests that to ensure the smoothly and maintain the rights and interests of stakeholders of the event should be through the construction of sports events of emergent public health event emergency system,lacking of risk assessment,the organisers emergency risk management consciousness,and constantly improve the system of sports laws and explore relevant stakeholders safety mechanism and other measures to improve our country sports event risk prevention and emergency management.
