Research on the Construction of Quality Culture in Industrial Enterprises

《质量发展纲要(2011-2020年)》中提出,要加强质量文化建设,提升质量软实力。《工业和信息化部关于促进制造业产品和服务质量提升的实施意见》中明确要求"推进质量文化建设"。质量文化建设现已成为我国实现"制造强国""质量强国"等宏伟目标的基石之一,也是增强我国工业核心竞争力和可持续发展能力的重要一环。首先,在剖析工业质量文化的内涵的基础上,论述了工业质量文化建设的重要性;其次,以文献调研的方式,对比了国内外工业质量文化方面的发展现状,充分地吸取了美国、欧洲和日本等发达国家在工业质量文化建设方面的经验;然后,分析了目前我国工业质量文化建设中存在的不足之处;最后,有针对性地提出了推动我国工业质量文化建设的相关建议。

In the"Quality Development Qutline(2011-2020)",it is proposed to strengthen the construction of quality culture and enhance the soft power of quality.And in the"Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Promoting Improvement of the Quality of Products and Services in the Manufacturing Industry",it is clearly required to promote the quality culture construction.The construction of quality culture has now become one of the cornerstones of our country to realize the grand goals of"manufacturing power"and"quality power",and it is also an important link to enhance the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability of our industry.First of all,on the basis of analyzing the connotation of industrial quality culture,the importance of industrial quality culture construction is discussed.Then,by means of literature research,the development status of industrial quality culture at home and abroad is compared,and the experience of developed countries such as the United States,Europe,and Japan in the construction of industrial quality culture is fully drawn,and the deficiencies in the construction of industrial quality culture in China are analyzed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to promote the construction of China's industrial quality culture.
