摘要
2009年,航天五院提出了在国产元器件厂家推行PID建设,对型号用元器件的技术状态固化起到了一定的作用,但PID建设的效果缺少量化数据表征和有效性评价,宇航型号对元器件质量和性能一致性要求的需求仍然迫切。探讨了PID建设中不断改进过程控制有效性的建议,并给出了基于数学模型的方法,对于改善过程控制的效果,提高产品的质量具有重要的意义。
In 2009,the CAST proposed to carry out PID construction in domestic component manufacturers,which has played a certain role in curing the technical status of the components,but the effect of the PID construction lacks the quantitative data representation and effectiveness evaluation.And the requirement of aerospace model for the quality and performance consistency of components is still urgent.Therefore,the suggestions for continuously improving the effectiveness of process control in PID construction are discussed,and the methods based on mathematical model are given,which is of great significance for improving the effect of process control and improving the quality of products.
