摘要
使用螺纹综合测量机对螺纹量规的中径和光滑极限量规的直径进行了测量,根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对其进行相关的不确定度评定,结合JJF 1345-2012 《圆柱螺纹量规校准规范》和JJG 343-2012 《光滑极限量检定规程》开展了实证研究,解决了螺纹量规中径和光滑极限量规直径的测量不确定度评定的可靠性和复杂性的问题。
The pitch diameter of thread gauge and diameter of plain limit gauge are measured by thread comprehensive measuring machine.Then,according to JJF 1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement",the related uncertainty evaluation is carried out.Finally,combined with JJF 1345-2012"Calibration Specification for Cylindrial Thread Gauges"and JJG 343-2012"Verification Regulation of plain Limit Gauges",an empirical study is carried out,which solves the reliability and complexity of measurement uncertainty evaluation of thread gauge pitch diameter and plain limit gauge diameter.
