重组人干扰素α2b治疗重症手足口病患儿的临床研究

Clinical Study on Recombinant Human Interferonα2b in the Treatment of Children with Severe Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的探讨治疗重症手足口病患儿采用重组人干扰素α2b的临床疗效。方法选取本院2018年4月~2019年5月收治30例重症手足口病患儿,随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组各15例,对照组患儿实施常规抗病毒感染治疗以及皮肤、口腔护理等,观察组在此基础上给予重组人干扰素α2b治疗。观察比较两组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状改善时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿体温、心率恢复时间以及手、足、口腔疱疹消退时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对重症手足口病患儿给予重组人干扰素α2b临床疗效好,可明显改善患儿的临床症状,促进患儿健康恢复,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferonα2b in the treatment of children with severe hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods Thirty children with severe HFMD who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given routine antiviral infection treatment and skin and oral care,etc..On the basis,the observation group was given treatment with recombinant human interferonα2b.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom relief time and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature and heart rate,disappearance time of hand,foot and oral herpes in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα2b is effective in the treatment of children with severe HFMD.It can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of children,with safety.
