摘要
文章介绍了甘肃天水链条供热锅炉116MW机组的综合节能环保升级改造项目,该项目主要从脱硝、脱硫、除尘等方面进行提效改造,使得锅炉机组排放至大气的粉尘颗粒物、SO2、NOx浓度分别不大于10mg/Nm3、35mg/Nm3、50mg/Nm3 (标态、干基,9%氧),脱硝技术采用SNCR+SCR联合增强脱硝工艺,除尘脱硫工艺采用布袋除尘器+石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺。工程实践表明,链条供热锅炉116MW机组进行综合节能环保升级改造后,粉尘颗粒物、SO2、NOx浓度均可达标排放,经现场调试和试运行,系统运行稳定。
As for the comprehensive energy-saving and environmental protection upgrading and transformation project of a 116 MW chain-grate heating boiler unit in Tianshui,Gansu Province,the efficiency improvement and transformation mainly focused on denitration,desulfurization and dust removal and other aspects.The concentration of dust particles,SO2 and NOx emitted by the boiler unit to the atmosphere should not be more than 10 mg/Nm3,35 mg/Nm3 and 50 mg/Nm3 respectively(standard state,dry basis,9% oxygen).The denitration technology was the combined enhanced denitration process of SNCR+SCR,and the dust collection and desulfurization technology was bagtype dust collector+limestone-gypsum wet flue-gas desulfurization.The project practice showed that after the comprehensive energy-saving and environmental protection upgrading and transformation of the 116 MW chain-grate heating boiler unit,the concentration of dust particles,SO2 and NOx emitted came up to the standard,and the system operation was stable after on-site commissioning and trial operation.
