大数据背景下新时代高校经管类实验室建设策略研究

Data-based Construction Strategies of Economics and Management Laboratories in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

大数据背景下,信息获取的多元化、信息处理的实时化、决策任务的复杂化,都对高校经管类的学生知识体系、教学方法、实验室建设与师资队伍建设提出了新的要求和挑战。特别是承载着教学的实验室建设也显得尤为重要,因为传统的经管类实验室无论从建设理念、教学功能、仪器设备,还是管理机制、师资队伍等方面都难以适应和胜任新时代所需要承担的历史要求。因此,文章深入分析了"大数据"时代,以及"大数据"时代对经管类实验室建设带来的新的机遇与挑战,迫切需要构建基于大数据技术与应用数学等多学科融合的经管类实验室平台,并且急需针对实践教学体系进行改革,研发新的多样的考试考核手段;同时,从开放性、师资队伍等方面深刻剖析了:高校经管类实验室建设实验室开放度不够,资源利用率不高;对实验室建设投入不足,软硬件资源有待改善;实验室建设水平不高,在提升学生综合实践能力方面效果不显著;实验室师资队伍不强,不符合当前对于高校专业人才培养的教师资源要求等现状和遇到的问题。以此提出了:坚持"创新"理念,强化"以人为本",注重学生实践能力和综合素质提升;坚持"协调"理念,将实验室建设与教学体系建设一体化考虑,协调好相互之间的关系,促进融合发展;坚持"绿色"理念,注重实验室建设与管理的可持续发展;坚持"开放"理念,充分利用实验室资源,加强实验室对高校人才的培养作用;坚持"共享"理念,促进实验室自身建设和服务能力提升。最后,针对传统经管类教师缺乏计算机专业背景、教师队伍缺乏有针对性的"大数据"培训以及经管类实验室在平台和设备层面的建设中缺乏相应改革思路的现状,结合北京化工大学经济管理学院多年形成的本科教学特色与经验,提出了坚持抓好队伍建设,提升实验室师资队伍整体素质、坚持新发展理念提升实验室建设高度、扩大开放共享提升经管类实验室服务社会能力以及加强信息化建设提升实验室管理水平的建设策略。

Under the background of big data,the multi-source of information acquisition,the real-time of information processing and the complexity of decision-making tasks all put forward new requirements and challenges to the knowledge system,teaching methods,laboratory construction and teaching staff construction of university economics and management students,among which the construction of laboratories is particularly important.However,the traditional management laboratories are difficult to adapt to and be competent for the historical requirements of the new era in terms of construction concepts,teaching functions,instruments and equipment,management mechanism,teaching staff,etc.Therefore,this paper analyzes the new opportunities and challenges brought by the"big data"to the construction of economics and management laboratories.It is urgent to build data-based laboratory platform to reform the practical teaching system and develop new and diversified examination methods.At the same time,it pointed out some problems such as:the construction analysis is not open enough;utilization rate of resources is not high;inadequate investment in software and hardware resources;insignificant effect in improving students'comprehensive practical ability;week teacher teams,which does not conform to the current situation in the training of professional talents in colleges and universities.Based on this,the following suggestions are put forward:adhere to the concept of"innovation"and"people-oriented",paying attention to the improvement of students'practical ability and comprehensive quality;adhere to the concept of"coordination",coordinating the construction relationship between laboratory and teaching system;adhere to the concept of"green and open",making full use of laboratory resources with sustainable development in cultivating talents;adhere to the concept of"sharing",promoting the laboratory's service capabilities.Finally,in order to solve the problems that the original teachers may be insufficient in data training or computer skills,this paper puts forward some construction strategies adopting from the experience of the School of Economics and Management of Beijing University of Chemical Technology,that is,strengthening the construction of laboratory teacher teams,expanding the new developmental concepts with the opening and sharing of social service and developing the informatization construction to improve the laboratory management.
