摘要 乡村中小学教师接受培训是其职后专业成长的重要路径,也是我国推进乡村教师队伍建设、提升乡村学校办学质量不可忽视的层面。文章回顾了自1978年改革开放以来我国国家层面与乡村中小学教师培训相关的文件,总结了乡村教师培训政策从依附于城市教师到独立自成一脉的发展历程,并提出我国今后的乡村教师培训政策应注重前瞻性、系统性与深入性,以此增强我国乡村教师培训的实效性。 Teacher training in rural primary and secondary schools is an important way to teachers’professional development,and it is also a non-negligible aspect that government promote the construction of rural teachers and improve the quality of rural school education in China.The article reviews the national policies related to teacher training in Chinese rural primary and secondary schools since 1978,the reform and opening-up.We summarize a transition that rural teacher training policies depend on urban teachers’training policies to develop in its own way.And we propose that teacher training policies in Chinese rural primary and secondary schools should be forward-looking,systematic and in-depth.In this way,it will enhance the effectiveness of the training of Chinese rural teachers.
