靖康期间汴京城内流言传播与官府应对

The Spread of Rumors in Bianjing City and the Government’s Response During the Period of Jingkang

靖康期间,北宋首都汴京流言四起,内容涉及诸多方面,影响较大的流言有“朝廷弃京师”“金军行迹”“六贼恶行”“燕人为细作”等,这些流言对战时社会秩序、政府政策制定等方面产生影响。官府对流言传播不同阶段,采取相应管控措施:在流言产生、传播初期,采用揭榜通衢、公布信息等方式劝导民众;在流言产生巨大负面影响后,采用诛杀传播者的强制措施,扼制流言传播。但在“金军行迹”“钦宗扣押”流言传播时,北宋政府仓促应对,反而造成城中秩序混乱。

During the period of Jingkang,there were 4 rumors about Bianjing,the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty,which involved many aspects.The influential rumors included“the imperial court abandoned the capital”,“the track of the Jin army”,“the 6 thieves’evil deeds”and“Yan people’s meticulous work”.These rumors had an impact on the social order and government policy-making in wartime.The government took corresponding control measures at different stages of rumor communication:in the initial stage of rumor generation and communication,strategies were employed such as exposing the thoroughfares and publishing information to persuade the public;after the rumor had a huge negative impact,the mandatory measures were employed to kill the disseminators to curb the rumor communication.However,in the spread of the rumors of“Jin Army’s March”and“Emperor Qin Zong’s capture”,the government of the Northern Song Dynasty rushed to deal with them,which resulted in disorder in the city.
