A Community with a Shared Destiny in Cyberspace:China’s Plan for Global Cyberspace Governance

针对当前全球互联网治理体系存在的弊病,习近平总书记倡议构建网络空间命运共同体。“网络空间命运共同体”立足网络空间的社会属性,主张基础设施共建、文化交流互鉴、经济繁荣共享、安全有序发展、公平正义治理。这些主张合乎国际社会在网络空间总体利益的最大同心圆和最大公约数,顺应和平与发展的时代主题,为网络空间的全球治理和科学发展指明了方向,为改善网络空间全球治理体系提供了科学的应对方案。

In response to the shortcomings of the current global cyberspace governance system,general secretary Xi Jinping has proposed the construction of a community with a shared destiny in cyberspace.Based on the social attribute of Cyberspace,the“community of shared destiny of cyberspace”advocates the co-construction of infrastructure,mutual learning of cultural exchanges,economic prosperity and sharing,safe and orderly development,fair and just governance.These propositions are in line with the largest concentric circle and the largest common divisor of the international community's overall interests in cyberspace,conforms to the theme of the era of peace and development,and points out the direction for the global governance and scientific development of cyberspace and provides a scientific solution for improving the global governance system of cyberspace.
