摘要
为顺应节能环保趋势,解决目前工业园区能耗高、用电需求多元化、负荷增长率高、配电网走廊有限和供电模式单一等问题,本文借助物联网、自动控制等新技术,将工业园的电源、分布式电源和负荷高效融合,建立“源-荷”一体化的电力工业物联网系统。基于该物理信息系统研究一种面向现代化工业园区的“源_荷”互动调度的机制,提出了电价最优、电网友好、生产强化三种调度策略。通过这三种调度策略实现“源荷”智能调度,促进用电和供电友好互动,提高电网整体运行稳定性、高效性。该调度策略已在湖南省某省级智慧园区应用,使用结果表明,该方法能有效提高现代工业园区供电能力不足、降低总电费成本、提升配电变压器载荷率。
Aiming at the problems of diversified demand for electricity, increasing rate of power consumption, limited distribution network corridor and single power supply mode in industrial parks, this paper explores a new dispatching strategy, studies a mechanism of interactive dispatching of source and load for modern industrial parks, and puts forward three dispatching strategies of electricity price optimization, grid friendliness and production intensification. The friendly interaction between power consumption and power supply is promoted,the stability and efficiency of the overall operation of the power grid is improved by the three dispatching strategies,which have been applied in a smart industry park in Hunan power grid. The application results show that the method can effectively improve the power supply capacity of the modern industrial park, reduce the total cost of electricity, and improve the load rate of distribution transformer.
