摘要
对某水电厂灯泡贯流式机组的工程概况进行了介绍,对比正常工况与异常工况下水导轴承振动的负荷趋势、波形及频率进行故障分析。通过现场检查,找出故障原因是叶片与轮转室间隙卡有异物,并进行了原因分析,提出了针对性的优化措施。
This paper introduces the general situation of bulb tubular turbine generator unit in a hydro-power plant,and analyzes the load trend,wave form and frequency of guide bearing vibration under normal and abnormal working conditions.Through on-the spot inspection,it is found that the fault is caused by the foreign body stuck in the clearance between the blade and the rotary chamber.
