汽轮机运行调节方式优化策略探析

摘要 分析了汽轮机的喷嘴调节、节流调节、旁通调节、定压调节和滑压调节等几种基本调节方式的特点,指出现役燃煤火电机组因调节方式单一而普遍存在着调峰能力不足、负荷响应迟缓,以及长期偏离设计工况致运行安全经济性下降等诸多问题,提出了通过调节方式的优化组合,采用(节流)定压-滑压-(喷嘴)定压-旁通调节的复合调节方式,实现煤电机组安全、经济、灵活、快速地参与电网的深度调峰,解决新能源电规模化并网随机波动性强的问题。 This paper analyzes the several basic modes characteristics of nozzle regulation, throttling regulation, bypass regulation, constant-pressure regulation and sliding pressure regulation of regulation of steam turbine, points out that there are many problems such as insufficient peak-shaving capacity, slow load response and the decrease of operation safety economy due to long-term deviation from the design conditions in the coal-fired thermal power units in active service.In order to realize the security, economy, flexibility, rapidity of participation in the deep peak shaving of power grid and solve the dilemma of large-scale grid-connected power of new energy with strong randomness and undulate,the optimal combination of adjustment mode is proposed, and the compound adjustment mode of(throttling) constant pressure-sliding pressure-(nozzle) constant pressure-bypass adjustment adopt is adopted.
