摘要 针对目前电力线载波通信模块功耗测试设备,存在动态功耗响应慢和交流功耗测试准确度较低的现状,文章深入分析了通信模块动态功耗测试关键技术需求,重点阐述了一种功耗测试仪设计方案。文中介绍了测试仪的工作原理,给出直流功耗和交流功耗的电路设计方案,同时对静态功耗和动态功耗的计算方法进行详细分析。最后对多种测量系统功耗测试结果进行比较,分析测试数据得出功耗测试测试数据稳定可靠、精确度高的结论。 Aiming at the current power line carrier communication module power consumption test equipment, there is a low dynamic power consumption response and low AC power test accuracy. The article deeply analyzes the key technical requirements of the communication module dynamic power test, focusing on a design scheme of the power tester.The paper introduces the working principle of the power tester, gives the circuit design scheme of DC power consumption and AC power consumption, and analyzes the calculation methods of static power consumption and dynamic power consumption in detail. Finally, the power consumption test results of various measurement systems are compared, and the test data is analyzed to conclude that the power test data is stable and reliable, and the accuracy is high.
