摘要
在前期纱网材料沙障铺设机研究的基础上,针对其整机结构中的核心部件及智能控制方面进行了优化改进设计,实现了在流动沙丘上铺设纱网沙障机械化作业,创新性解决了纱网材料沙障铺设中核心部件和人工智能控制作业方面的不足,为国内首创。新研制纱网材料沙障铺设机工作结构装置,集机械、液压、智能控制为一体,沙障铺设效率高、性能可靠,市场前景广阔。
On the basis of previous research on the machine for laying gauze sand barrier,the core component and intelligent control in the whole machine have been optimized and improved.The machine can lay gauze sand barrier in moving dune for mechanized operation through solving the deficiency of core component and intelligent control with innovation.The newly developed machine has integrated machinery,hydraulic pressure and intelligent control,with high efficiency,reliable performance and broad market prospects.
