该文主要介绍数字示波器的通道增益自动校准系统,主要完成示波器垂直通道增益的自动校准。阐述了自动校准系统的组成和软件设计,讲述了如何实现仪器程控、自动校准流程和校准数据的调整。解决了人工校准需要重复多次设置示波器校准仪和被校准示波器,反复记录数据和计算误差等效率低下的问题。
This paper mainly introduces the gain automatic calibration system of digital oscilloscope,and mainly completes the automatic calibration of vertical channel gain of oscilloscope.The composition and software design of automatic calibration system are described.How to realize instrument program control,automatic calibration process and adjustment of calibration data are describe.The problem of low efficiency in manual calibration is solved,such as setting the oscilloscope calibrator and the calibrated oscilloscope repeatedly,recording data and calculating errors repeatedly.
