摘要
为了给便携式微波测量仪器提供超宽带的激励源信号,该文开展了基于锁相环技术的8GHz^16GHz超宽带频率合成方案的设计与实现。首先介绍了锁相环的基本原理和实现方法,然后重点介绍了超宽带频率合成方案的设计,主要包括频率合成芯片的设计、环路滤波器的设计、反馈通道的设计等。最后,通过实验结果分析,该文设计的超宽带频率合成方案能够很好地满足指标要求,并有效地减轻了重量、缩小了体积、降低了成本。
In order to provide ultra-wideband excitation source signals to portable microwave measuring instruments,this paper carries out a study of the design and implementation of 8GHz^16GHz ultra-wideband frequency synthesis scheme based on phase-locked loop technology.Firstly,the basic principles and implementation methods of PLL are introduced.Then the design of ultra-wideband frequency synthesis scheme is mainly introduced,including the design of frequency synthesis chip,the design of the loop filter and the feedback channel.Finally,through the analysis of the experimental results,the ultra-wideband frequency synthesis scheme designed in this paper can meet the requirements of the indicators,and reduce the weight,the volume and the cost effectively.
