新冠肺炎诊疗的伦理思考

Ethical Considerations on Diagnosis and Treatment of COVID-19

在应对突发、新发重大传染病疫情的过程中,各种伦理问题显露,如疫情下的知情同意应赋予新的范围与意义,个人的利益应该服从集体的利益。特殊状况下的医患关系也产生了变化,医患和谐是抗击疫情的有利武器。同时提出伦理教育应渗透至医学以外的各个领域,如卫生管理部门树立科学的健康观、合理保护隐私、妥善进行疫情危机的处置都是战胜疫情的关键,在新冠肺炎疫情暴发的特殊时期,这些问题要做新的估量与思考,同时,也会带来新的启示。

In the process of responding to the outbreak of a new infectious disease,various ethical issues are exposed.For example,informed consent under the epidemic should be endowed with new meaning;group interest should be put ahead of individual interest;under the special circumstance,a harmonious doctor-patient relationship should be used as a powerful weapon against the epidemic.Furthermore,ethics education should penetrate into other fields besides medicine,such as health management department establishing a scientific outlook on health,protecting privacy reasonably,and properly managing the epidemic crisis are all essential to overcoming the virus.During the special time of pandemic outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019,we reviewed and reflected on these issues,from which we obtained new inspirations.
