我国大陆地区临终关怀研究的可视化分析——基于CiteSpaceⅤ的知识图谱研究

Visualized Analysis of Hospice Care Research in China's Mainland:Research on Knowledge Map Based on CiteSpaceⅤ

为整体审视我国临终关怀研究的发展动态、热点问题与研究趋势,以1990年~2020年中国知网、万方、维普等数据库收录的文献为研究对象,以“临终关怀”为主题,运用CiteSpaceⅤ文献计量软件,从发文量、期刊来源、作者与机构、关键词聚类等方面对临终关怀领域进行可视化分析,并导出知识图谱。结果表明,临终关怀研究已获学界关注,研究领域呈繁荣景象,但目前跨区域临终关怀研究协作不足,热点领域主要集中在姑息医学、服务对象研究、影响因素与实务技巧研究及体系构建四个方面。未来的临终关怀研究需要密切结合研究主题的演化趋势及知识图谱进行展开。

This paper focused on journal papers collected from CNKI,Wanfang Data and CQVIP from 1990 to 2020 to review the development trends,hot issues and research trends of hospice care in China.The authors used CiteSpaceⅤto conduct visualized analysis on the literature through different categories including journal sources,authors and institutions,clustering of key words,and the knowledge map was exported.The results indicated that hospice research showed prosperity.However,it lacked cross-regional cooperation,and previous studies mainly focused on palliative medicine,service objects,influence factors,practical skills,and system construction.Future study on hospice care should base on evolutionary trends and knowledge map.
