脑卒中患者心理韧性干预的研究进展

Research Progress on Intervention of Resilience of Stroke Patients

综述了脑卒中患者心理韧性的研究现状和干预方法。脑卒中患者心理韧性现状分析涉及横断面研究、队列研究及质性研究,干预措施主要包括积极心理干预、运动锻炼、同伴支持等。然而,现有干预研究尚处于探索阶段,并且缺乏理论指导。因此,加强对脑卒中患者心理韧性机制的研究,为干预方案的制定提供更科学合理的理论依据,同时研发有效、特异性的测评工具,开展严谨的临床实践研究,可为针对性制定脑卒中患者心理韧性的干预方案提供更多参考。

This review summarizes present research situation and intervention methods of resilience of stroke patients.The analysis of its current situation involves cross-sectional studies,cohort studies and qualitative research.The interventions mainly include positive psychological intervention,physical exercise,and peer support,etc.However,the existing intervention research is still in the exploratory stage and lacks theoretical guidance.Therefore,strengthening the study of the resilience mechanism of stroke patients,providing a more scientific and rational theoretical basis for the formulation of intervention protocol,developing effective and specific evaluation tools,and practicing rigorous clinical research can provide more reference for the intervention protocol of resilience of stroke patients.
